Development of boilers
- Developed heating hot water-tube boiler KVN-2,0 Gn heat output of 2.0 MW. Boiler is produced, certified and implemented at the object of “Krymteplocomunenergo.”
- Developed heating hot water-tube boiler KVN-2,0 Gn heat output of 2.0 MW. Boiler is produced, certified and implemented at the object Lubny city
- Developed Heating hot water fire and water tube boiler KVVD-0,63 Gn heat output of 0.63 MW. Furnace is produced, certified and implemented at the object of Kiev city.
- Developed draft project of firing furnace model with low-temperature fluidized bed, furnace manufactured model. Developed of the CD and TC for LTFB boiler manufacturing with capacity of 0.8 MW.
- Developed: Terms of Reference for the development of hot-water boilers of thermal power of 2.0 MW (KV-F-2, 0Kn) LTFB with a furnace for burning low-quality coal with a system of capture and return of ashes in the firebox
- Developed the concept of the fundamental provisions of the modernization of heating boilers and boiler units in accordance with the direction of article No directive 2001/80/EC.
Development of gas cleaning systems
- Developed a new system for collecting aerosols from the coke batteries and install the thermal preparation of the charge. The system is implemented on Yasenovsk Coke Plan “Donetskstal.”
- Developed classifier aerodynamic polydisperse powder materials can with high accuracy separate the starting material jn 4 fraction.
- Developed a method for improving the efficiency of cyclone dust collectors and the method of calculation of their efficiency and energy consumption.
Development of regional program for the modernization of municipal power system
- Developed a regional scientific – technical program of rehabilitation of municipal power system of Donetsk region addresses the problem of rehabilitation, and support sustainable development of municipal power OKP “Donetskteplokommunenergo.” Approved and adopted for implementation.
