Instructions for authors of oral and plenary presentations

Regulations:

• authors of oral presentations are granted 15 minutes to speak, including answers to questions;
• authors plenary reports are granted 25 minutes, including answers to questions.

Heads of sections will strictly monitor compliance with regulations. On the questions to the speaker and answers are allocated about 2 minutes total time of presentation.

Requirements for abstracts

 Abstracts will be accepted for publication in the Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Abstract should include:

– A corresponding number of the conference topics issues (see above 1-6.)

– Title of the report;

– Names and addresses of all authors (company, tel., fax, e-mail) with indication one of them for correspondence;

– Aim of the work

– Results;

– Conclusions.

An abstract should not exceed 1 page of A 4 format (1 page for Russian or Ukraine + 1page for English), margins – upper, lower and right – 2 cm, left левое – 3 cm (typing 16х25.7 сm), 14 size Times New Roman, single interval.

Deadline for receipt of abstracts extended until April 1, 2017.

Abstracts that do not meet these requirements will not be considered

PRESENTATIONS

The presentations containing new ideas and unpublished research results will be published in “Industrial Heat Engineering” for 2017.

The full text of presentations volume of reports should not exceed 5 pages A4.

No later than April 1 2017 abstracts, registration forms, a copy of the mail receipt or payment order on payment of registration fee for each participant should be sent by e-mail:
