THREE-DIMENSIONAL CFD ANALYSIS OF THE THERMAL STATE OF THE COOLED BLADES OF GAS TURBINE ENGINES

Using the developed 3D CFD model, the thermal state (full three-dimensional temperature field) of the GTE cooling blade (Fig. a) is calculated taking into account the heat exchange between the working gas, the blade body and the cooling air channels (Fig. b) in a conjugate formulation, which allows calculating the thermally stressed the state of the scapula (Fig. c).
